I weigh myself daily in the morning before breakfast. That way you will know where you stand daily and the weight can't creep up on you so easily. Some people look down on this as too obsessive but I choose to think of this as easy standard maintenance procedures. The thing to avoid would be resorting to unhealthy behaviors as a result of any weight you might see on the scale. Just keep plugging ahead with your healthy eating plan!

Daily - but I'm only logging it in once a month because it fluctuates so much from day to day or week to week. Sometimes I'm up or down, but at the end of month I can usually report a moderate loss, which works out well.
