Instead I go by; How my clothes fit. How I feel. And what I look like.
When I used to weigh myself regularly I’d be having a great day. Feeling good about myself. Liking how I look in my clothes and then the scale would ruin it because I’d weigh a bit more than my “ideal” weight. Muscle is heavy and I am fit and strong so F the scale!
