Lazy! I'm in my exercise attire and have my Leslie workout DVD in DVD player I just lack motivation. I have an aerobic rower bike in my apartment, does that count? How should it be recorded in my Sparkpeople trackers?
Make one small change at a time. Even the smallest things make the biggest difference especially in weight loss :)
