My dedication is more to maintenance than change nowadays, but I'll be happy if I can slowly get rid of another twenty or so over time. Although I never really left (kept logging in and lying to myself), I managed to gain a bunch back and get the bad news of Diabetes from the doc which was the kick in the pants I needed. Been doing pretty good for the last five years, so rest assured that restarting can and does work. The big key is to stick with it. Best of luck and welcome back!

Was on here YEARS ago, with great success. Had lost over 100 pounds but, obviously I am back so things went downhill somewhere between quitting smoking and making excuses. Anyways I am back and hope to get to know many of you throughout our journey together. I will leave it at that for now. :) Feel free to add me as a Spark friend if you are dedicated to this journey and ready for change.
