As mentioned, your sparkpage is in private mode - so if you go to it and click on edit then in the top right hand corner you will see where to set it as public. Doing this allows other members come and encourage you with a message.
As for as team you might be interested - click on spark teams and then do a search of what you might be interested in - there are a number of groups that are inactive but as mentioned if you post a message one any of them it might bring it back to being active - another option is to start up a team on a subject that you are interested in
Remember also to participate as often as possible on all the teams/groups that you have joined as that is where you will be encouraged and motivated
Try posting to the inactive teams as that will sometimes generate activity. Also, give the Community Feed and your SparkPage Blog a shot to produce some response. Good luck with the goals and welcome back!
PS... You'll have to make your SparkPage public for some of those suggestions to work. (Or to be friended.)

Hi all! I've been in this position before and hopefully this time it will stick. I'm 30 pounds heavier than I was when my daughter was born 9.5 years ago and I'm now in my mid-30's which means my metabolism took a steeper nosedive than usual. I'm really hoping to find some like-minded moms of all ages and backgrounds to connect with and to help keep me motivated this time. Can't seem to find any spark teams/message boards on here that fit my interests and are actually active (seriously--why is the school-aged kids board defunct??). I'm a full-time working (graphic design) mom of one (9.5 years old) and happily married (11 years), with two newly adopted furbabies (cats). I live in the southern bible belt but I'm agnostic and a dirty liberal--I know I'm not everyone's cup o' tea, but I'm open, judgment-free, and friendly if you'll have me. Let me know if you'd like to connect!
