I'm trying again, to shed these pounds. A year ago, my daughter got married and I was determined to lose weight in the year before her wedding. I only managed to lose 8 lbs in a whole year. That's horrible.
This year, I have more exciting news to share, but not yet! However, it's motivated me to once again, try to get rid of these unhealthy pounds.
Hope I can stay motivated and be successful with Spark People!
