I just read over your sparkpage - looks good - only suggestion I would have is to go to it and date it making sure you start with putting the date you are updating - that way we can read how you are doing now (If you will look at mine you will notice that once a month I put in at the top the current month and some short sentence on how the month went.
Also remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you are a member of as that is where you will be encouraged and motivated.
If you are up to participating at least once per week I have a group you might be interested in - it is Working at losing 1 pound a week = we are small in numbers but everyone participates giving lots of encouragement to the rest of the group

I'm looking for some support again for losing weight. I'm lactose intolerant and will be 50 in two years. Anyone in the Midwest and/or in Central/Lower IL to buddy up online would be helpful! Just looking for an online buddy to support each other. Thanks much!
