Thanks Marilyn. It's likely that I didn't eat enough. Gradually feeling better now. Still tracking my food.

Hi, I just posted to your sparkpage so won't duplicate here - but do look at what you have tracked for eating - you might have not eaten enough or you might have eaten to much even though you have not been feeling well. Keeping track of all that you put in your mouth - food and drinks - well it is one of the best tools out there as it will really show you where you might make changes.

Hi all. Did my weekly weigh in this morning. Find a 2 pound weight gain. I have had a cold last week and didn't do much for three days. Is that the reason?
