You’ve come to a great place. Take your time, but make it a goal to focus. Start with Nutrition tracker, it takes a bit to navigate, but you will see the favorites button, and recent button to document a repeat breakfast, for example.
Join one or two challenges, See the top banner, and click on those categories.

Hi im new here! i have 96 lbs to lose! i did lose 9 stone but issues surrounding family did my usual trick of turning to food and unhealthy snacks. I have a long way to go but im sure i will get inspiration from spark people. Looking forward to getting to know my way around.
