Wow! You are getting the cold weather already. Brrr! I not sure if I am ready for winter yet, but it's fast approaching.
You will love it here. This is such a supportive community with lots of encouragement and insight. Members are really helpful. Being active here on the site will help keep you accountable and motivated.

Hello from coooold South Dakota! The wind is blowing and it's 31 degrees outside. Too cold for October for me. If you can't tell, I'm a transplant from the East Coast. Can't wait to retire and get back there to enjoy four seasons again. I am new here on SP and this is my first board post. I want to get healthy again. I have a lot of inflammation issues and get sick a lot. Kind of sick of being sick. So here I am. Off on a new journey.
