So I am new here and I heard about Spark People from a friend at work. I told her I needed a weight loss buddy or something to keep me on track. If it is just me I cannot seem to stick to it. Don't really know if this is what we do here. I am 38, from Des Moines, IA, looking to lose 100lbs.
