I find that changing my routine usually works, but sometimes it takes more than one shakeup to get going again. Change 'what' you eat as well as 'how much' you eat. Then, try some new exercise routines. Most importantly, never quit!

Welcome Back! That stall is where we really need to dig deep to find what actually works, and what doesn't really work anymore.

Are there any foods you could alter by changing how much you eat, what type you eat, or when you eat them?

Do you need to change your exercise routine in anyway by adding a new exercise, increasing repetitions, or extending your cardio workouts?

I have been doing this since 2014. I am down 53 pounds in the last year. But have been stalled for the past few months. I need to find a way to get losing weight again! emoticon
