I wish I could give you the motivation or determination to reach your goals. But, only you can do that. It says a lot to me that you have decided to join SP at the Holidays. I can tell by you doing that you really want to improve your health not just lose weight. I am proud For you! It takes a strong person to make that move in life.

Your Sparkpage: Consider going to it and putting on it a little about yourself and your journey so that when we come to say hi we can read how you are doing

Group / teams: Participate as often as possible on all the teams you have joined as that is where you will find a lot of encouragement and motivation

I am not technically new here. I've had accounts since I could sign up for sparkteens.com. Now it's basically ten years later, and I'm scared for my health. I am more serious about my weight now than I ever have before. I want to lose as much weight as possible in the next year but it's also important to me to develop and maintain healthy habits over the long term. I know this won't be easy and there will be setbacks. As long as I keep getting back on track over and over then I should be able to get where I want to go!
