Yep, time for a shakeup. Change your foods, your eating patterns, exercise routine, etc. Just get out of any rut you may be in and give your body a wakeup call. Best of luck and welcome back to SparkPeople!

Welcome back! When I have reached a olateau I will eat the high end of my calories one day, then the low end of the calories the next . I do this for a few days and the plateau seems to bust with the body getting confused.

i was on this site 6 years ago i liked it so here i am again. trying to lose weight in 2 months i have lost 11 pounds but i am at a stand still.
