Welcome back to Sparkpeople so glad you have returned

Consider making up a sparkpage making it public with a little about yourself and your journey - that way when we come to say hi we can read how you are doing

Participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined as that is where you will be encouraged and motivated.

Welcome back, I'm just starting again myself. I lost a lot of weight with SP in the past but I'm starting over because of poor decisions. Looking to do it right this time.

I am starting with Sparkpeople again. I am 25 pounds better off than the first time I started the program, so I obviously improved my skills even though I dropped out. Life will continue to get better!
