Okay, I'm pretty confused. Who's Eveanna and who lost 155 pounds? Did a post disappear or is old age catching up with me?

Hi EVEANNA, Welcome back to SP!

How did you lose 155 pounds the 1st time? What was going on with you to cause you to gain it back? Yes, I have read your profile. You don't need to give me the answers, this is for you to ask yourself. You need to know this so you won't keep yoyoing. That is hard on your body and you will get to the point that you will not be able to lose at all. You are young. The older you get the harder it is to lose.

I'm 73 and I made plenty of mistakes. At my age, I'm more interested in how high or low my blood sugar or blood pressure is. Don't get me wrong I need to keep my weight under control too for my health. I realize there is NO QUITTING IN HEALTHY LIVING. It has got to be a lifestyle you can live with!

So, if you can lose weight by doing WW or just eating smaller portions of healthy whole foods or something else. But, whatever works for your body, I hope it is something that you love enough that you feel like you could do it for the rest of your life. I wish you the very best on your journey to your goal weight.

Please, feel free to visit my Spark Page anytime. I will always be straight with you. I don't know all the answers but I will support you in whatever you chose. As long as it is legal. Lol emoticon
