Set the bar low to avoid discouragement and then slowly but surely keep raising the bar until you're where you want to be. Kind of sneak up on yourself. I am back!.. I have done this program but always fall off for one reason or another. Only this time i have WAY more weight to loose and more complications as to why i am having touble... ie MEDS!

Anyway.... I REALLY need emotional support thru this journey but when I get down i don't even log onto here because i feel so defeat!
