I'm trying to get the "ticker". Someone wrote that if you post a comment, at the bottom you will have the option of adding a ticker. I don't see this option, just "post message". Did it show up later? Or am I not doing this properly?
Now into the new year and the new start I have been hoping for , my weight at present is 93 kilos , way over what it should be and I am 20 kilos overweight , no wonder I get so tired its like trying to carry a three year old with me every where I go ! Although I feel quite well , I realise that increased weight is not doing me any favours whatsoever so over the next few months I am going to increase my exercise , spend more time with yoga , bicycling and swimming and watch what I eat , think fruit and vegetables rather that starch and fats , and try and invest in a new set of weighing scales , we have some in store where I work at half price £14.00 reduced from £28.00 and they are digital and tell your fat ratio , and the amount of calories that you are using every day and important detailed status remarks which really matter when you are adjusting your weight and body image . My present scales over weigh by up to four kilos so they are hardly specific , I think sometimes they under weigh but not by as much! I wish my fellow sparkies a happy and slim new year , let 2015 be the year we take it off and more importantly keep it off!!
I can't find a link to set up a tracker either, and I am posting here to see if I get a link the way others have. Why do they make it so hard? In the USA version of SP there is no problem getting or changing a ticker. They ought to FIX it on the Cdn. site, eh?
I'm very new to this but if nothing works have you tried turning your ticker off and starting a new one? You know like when we have to shut computers off sometimes and give them a reboot? I just set a ticker up and am posting to see if it shows up in pounds or kg. It said pounds in the description of the ticker.
good luck! UPDATE: Wow I just looked at your ticker, yours is showing in pounds so you fixed it!
