Trying very hard to stay motivated, most days it's a 9-10 but today its about a 3 since the scales weren't friendly this morning even though I've been absolutely on track and following the program completely. Hope it's just water!

Basically 0.. .I've been feeling like a slug for the past month. Winter can end now.
