Had planned to do my speed work (running) tonight, but got waylaid on the way out of the office with a new "emergency." May still try to do a jog on the treadmill before bed, but haven't even gotten to eat dinner yet... emoticon

Starting Weight: 268 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.

I power walked with a 3% incline for 40 minutes.

Yes! I am planning to do a one-mile warm up walk and a three-mile jog today after work (two miles if the energy level is at the same level as it is right now...lol).

Goals:

190 - Yay! (9/15/08)

180 - Get an oil-paint set (10/30/08)

170- Buy Spanish Learning Kit (because I'm going to Puerto Rico, babay!) (01/07/09)

_HALFWAY POINT (162lbs)_(02/16/09 - YYYEEEEAAAAHHH!!!)

160 - Get a full-body massage (02/24/09)

150 - Take a trip to Chicago (my hometown)! (05/06/09)

140 - Buy new furniture/new house fixins!

130 - Buy a new wardrobe!!! (...and a juicer)
