I used a wall calendar when I started exercising. Put a star for every day I took a walk and truth was there were many days I went for a walk JUST to get a star. Seeing a month full of stars motivated me and now I enjoy a laundry list length of reasons to go for a walk.

So once again I'm starting over and working on one my biggest issues is lack of motivation. Recently I've started tracking on a calendar that's on my wall. What do you have/do?
