After a 2 week vacation, I only gained one pound. So proud of myself. Then, yesterday, I binged on everything in site! This morning I'm sluggish, tired, irritable. I am determined today will be a healthy day (healthy foods and some kind of exercise). What gives? What makes me (us) do this? Trying not to be hard on myself. Sigh. Thanks, SparkFriends for listening!! I actually feel better just getting my emotions out. Sigh. Today will be better.
