You can go to your Weight Goals page (www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/weight_edit.as p ), update your info there and click the Save button. Our system will then calculate your new nutrition ranges/goals, which you can see on your Nutrition Tracker page.
This may not be the place for this but I would like some feedback. In October I was hit with the fact that my glucose level was in the diabetic range. I immediately started watching my eating. A nutritionist counciled me to limit carbs and since November 1 I have lost 32 lb. I am within 3 lb of the weight I would like to maintain but I'm not sure how to figure out the right levels to maintain rather than lose.
