That's a good goal. Remember it is recommended to take 1 to 2 rest days a week.

My goal for the rest of July and all of August is to exercise at least 10 minutes daily 7 days a week: biking, swimming, weight lifting, kayaking, walking.
I will track it on SparkPeople and my calendar.
