I just wanted to care and share me being so happy and proud with myself. A little over 2 weeks since I changed my diet after I seen my dietitian. I have lost 5 lbs!

Yeah! I am stoked! I am armed with better eating habits, a pedometer (that was recommended from a fellow Sparkpeople member) and losing 5 .lbs as a motivation to keep it up!

Keeping motivated is my key.

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.
