Thought I would update...I weighed in this morning at 132.6 :) I am eating 80% LC and relaxing a bit on weekends, basically maintaining around 131-132. Its where I think Im meant to be, and if I get lower...great! If not, then I am happy here :) I am walking on the treadmill daily, I could drink more water but I drink when I am thirsty...hope everyone is doing well :)

On track today, had a hall supper and dance last night and gained all 4 pounds back...its water weight but still. Why is the weight so hard to lose and so easy to find again??? Grrrr. Anyway, today is a new day, I still want to remove the 10 pounds from this body, and I WILL do this :) I have stayed LC today so far, I plan to exercise on the treadmill after writing this, and I want to keep my attitude positive :) Spring is finally here and I so want to be comfortable in my body :) I am within a normal BMI range but my clothes are fitting tight and I know where I feel the best. It is definitely 10 pounds less than now :)

Went out for a committee supper last night and it was at a BBQ restaurant :) Had great company and food ...was a nice night!!

LOL made it to supper doing LC, then fell off that wagon. But...I ate to my range for calories, and had a loss this morning :) I have a day off today, so I get to go help some ladies I know clean our community hall for an upcoming function we are having :) My son has a day off school today and gets to go to the orthodontist so my husband will take him, and my daughter is recertifying her CPR and is taking off for the weekend :). My husband has a gig to play for Saturday and will be gone tomorrow and then back Sunday so its just my son and I for the weekend. I might take him to do an escape room :D

I need to change my weight loss strategy a little. I'm going to keep exercising and drinking water, but I need to shift to a lower carb strategy. I am eating out of control after 6 PM. LC helps me to keep that part controlled. Here goes …

Overdid it a little w food yesterday...not a huge amount but I was high w sodium and over the higher range of my calorie limit. But. I still had a small loss; would have been better without the salt fest. Oh well...I must live too, and enjoy my food :) Ate 1650 calories and drank water :)

Day 3 today...puttering along :) I didn't end up exercising as I took my son to his karate class and went to bed early ...Ate btw 1500-1600 calories yesterday, but managed to keep my snack choices small. Usually when my husband is away, I eat everything in sight...last night I kept control. My husband comes home tomorrow so I will stay my course :)

Had a great day yesterday...ate in the 1200-1300 calorie range and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes on an incline :) I did not drink enough water, but that is something I have to work on. I am getting ready for work, but will stick to the plan and walk on the treadmill when I get home. I need to start strengthening my core and shoulder as well, but I will add that in this week. I am drinking a chocolate coffee protein shake and relaxing before my kids get up.

I thought I would start a journal to keep track of things in my life...I have been at goal since November 2018 and I have let a few pounds creep back on. I have become complacent and have been eating poorly; not exercising doesn't help either. I need to get back into drinking water, doing some form of exercise (I love walking) and eating more healthfully. I turn 50 on March 31 and I`d like to be entrenched back into my healthy habits by then :)

I am a 5`3`` woman, mother of 2 great kids and married 25 yrs in November. I have tried all the diets...I finally got to goal eating LC and intermittent fasting. Then I let poor food choices back in, but still stayed at goal. Now I need to lose around 10 pounds to get back to feeling better and having my clothes fit well again...the pants are tight!! My plan is to eat between 1200-1450 calories per day, drink 6-8 cups of water daily and do some form of exercise daily. That's my plan. Now to execute...;)
