I am grateful for
1.even though it gray out side its not raining or snowing
2 the house is warm and Spring cleaning is starting making my special place
3 Tom has a job and its not at the air port
4. have healthy food in the house
5. Racey is sleeping by my feet and he will get me out for a walk too
6 . for my spark friends
7 thankful Chris takes the time to challenge us each month emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

9 boot amp at gym

The winter challenge is coming to close it was interesting challenge. I did not reach the 5% weight loss but learned several things to take with me in the Spring challenge.

I learned to accept the scales bouncing up and down between 145 and 143 the entire winter challenge.

I am learning how to be like the little engine climbing the mountain in the story book The little train that could . Reminding my self I know I can , I know I can ! and I reach the top of the mountain I going to be shouting I knew I could I knew I could.

I learned a few tips to work on my Silly Eating
Rule 1 no eating at the computer sticky keys crumbs in keyboard not a good plan

Rule 2 drink a glass of water
If I am still craving something have some fruit (like grapes )

worked on my fitness
I remind my self of a saying that was on a the back of piggy bank I had growing up .
“Remember to watch your pennies and the dollars will take care of them selves.’’
I changed a few words. Remember to watch your fitness minutes and the pounds will fall off!

Doing 5 min x 6= 30 mins

My plan at the start of the challenge was to focus on working on my fitness and getting to the gym which more than one time a week and I did it! Some times only twice a week. My new goal is to go 3 to 4 times a week.

For today's visualization, spend 30 seconds imagining that you're sitting on top of a mountain overlooking a vast body of water. Capture the calming sensation you get from this image and come back to it whenever you feel stressed or overwhelmed today.
This brought back fun memories of a vacation to Yellowstone we did a hike that took to the over look I found it powerful and inspiring did not feel it as calming how ever

Hello March
I closed Chapter 2 of my 2020 journey
discovered a lot about my self I did not give it my all my grade D
I was so close to saying good bye to the 140's
Dec saw the scales stopped at 141 did great over the holidays. the post holiday blues set in and gained 5 pounds in Jan .
the scales hit 144 . Thankful I woke up.
slowly started slowly planning meals worked on tracking but some days it lead me to stress eating when it would show 10 or more choices for the food i entered Who knew French could have 10 choices
or they could not find what I ate pasta w Mizithra cheese.
a spark friend encouraged me to set a side 40 mins twice a week and make food groupings hand enter foods I have often. shared by the end of month i would a much easier time tracking . It worked. have most of my dinners grouped
she also reminded we did not over weight using ketchup or mustered so who cares if its 12 calories or 20 we got over weight what we put it on .
Lost 2 pounds its two pounds did not gain or keep emoticon
learning to tell my brain to be quiet when it tells me its Okay to stay home from the gym. Sounds funny I know but Lent started on 2/26 set goal of giving the of good health and go to the gym five days a week . i started Monday 2/24 by 2/28 I did it . so know its possible .
I am also enjoying walking my fur pal every day and some times we go three times a day 1 Long walk and two short ones another spark friend talked about exercise snacking . what a eye opener Indy girl shared this something is better than nothing and small bouts of exercise is helpful ” Remember doing 5 min x 6= 30 mins.
