down 1.8 lbs today.

I don't want to lose weight this quickly for reasons I think i said earlier (loose skin paranoia basically lol) but i'm glad it's going downwards as ultimately my health and fitness is more important than my vanity.

I'm actually struggling to get up to the calories reccomended as I feel full. I fill myself with fruit and veggies which obviously aren't very high in calories so maybe I need to eat something else!

Problem is if I eat more unhealthy type food, I can't stop! I'm an either or sort of person so I either count every calorie and try and do it perfectly or throw caution to th wind and eat anything and everything in sight lol. oh how I need to learn the happy medim!

a friend of mine bought dominos pizza and sent me pics, I was so jealous ha ha.

kept on track though. went and bought a load of fruit and veg and made a curry (chicken) but with 5 types of veg.

Just weighed myself, 335. 8 lbs. so 1/2 lb down from yesterday.

Need to go shopping today as i'm out of fresh veg and low on fruit

good day today. my tendancy is not to get enough protein so had a shake this morning before breakfast which was porridge and fruit but really wasn't that hungry so didn't finish it.

I've been cooking in bulk lately so I have quick access to good meals to stop me from being tempted to get takeaway (my kryptonite). I had meatballs and pasta plus loads of veg for lunch and then chicken, rice and veg in a blackbean sauce for dinner.

I also had several pieces of fruit throughout the day as snacks.

I did a 5 km walk!

I gained 0.6 lbs today. I'm slighly dissappointed of course but trying not to be. I know that weight flucates and i'm weighing myself daily so it's going to go up sometimes.

also i'm ok with it because I don't want to lose weight too quickly. I am a bit paranoid about getting really loose skin with losing weight and I know it's less likely with slow weight loss and I lost 7 lbs in my first week. So i'm happy at slowing it down and aiming for 2 lbs a week.

I also had a protein shake before bed the last couple of nights as I wanted some more protein and I don't usually eat right before bed so that probably had something to do with it too.

Hi Everyone!
This is my journal which i've started this for two reasons: firstly for accountability and secondly as an emotional release re fitness. I will be as honest as I can be about my progress and what I am thinking and feeling and may vent occasionally!

Height 6'2

Start weight: 343 lbs
Current weight: 335,8 lbs
Target weight:190 lbs

Start waist: 139 cm
Target waist: 92cm

Target date: September 16th 2021 (2 lbs a week)

I started my weight loss campaign around 10 days ago. I wanted to lose 2lbs a week (77 weeks) so I looked it up and it's exactly my birthday! seemed like a good deadline date!

My plan is to weigh myself daily for accountability to myself but then after I reach my target weight, do it weekly to make sure i'm not putting it back on!

I'm also going to measure my waist size every 2 weeks as that's what I particulary want to see go down!
