Thank you for the help, I will try to narrow it down. It was Norton Safe Web that slowed it up not Safe Search as I had first stated.

Not everyone sees the same ads, so sometimes one may come through that causes an issue, so if you happen to tell which one may be the culprit, you can take a screenshot and send it with a brief note to adreport@sparkpeople.com and our ad team can try to track it down and get it corrected.

I disabled Norton Safe Search and now it is back up to speed again. I believe you were correct about the ad. With search safe on it would hang up while loading the ads, turn it off and the ads load quicker and no hang ups. I hope that is the only problem the ad is causing.

I am using Chrome and it has an ad blocker. I switched to Microsoft Edge (no ad blocker) and it was better but still not as fast as Chrome several days ago. I disabled the ad blocker in Chrome and tried it again. It won't do anything until the ads are displayed and they are much, much slower loading in Chrome than Edge. I think you may be correct about a particular ad causing this but I have no idea which one.

What browser and version of browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser to see if you get the same issue? Is there possibly a particular ad that keeps showing up for you that may be causing you trouble?

If I select a tracker, it takes a long time to respond after I hit enter. Long enough that I presume it didn't take and I hit enter again. If I try to scroll down my list of favorites it takes at least 30 seconds to respond and sometimes much longer. When I ask for a list of nutrients, eventually a blank box appears and after a while the nutrients will be listed. Optimized the disk, cleaned cookies and got rid of junk. Everything else on the computer works at normal speed. I have made no changes on my SPARKpeople account. Any idea's???
