It would depend on what goal/task you are trying to complete. If it's one like the exercise task that i_robot used as an example, that would be marked complete once you tracked the exercise. Some others that you add may be able to be checked off by you manually. Which task are you trying to mark as completed?

As an example, I just went to my exercise fitness tracker, and put in 60 minutes of jogging and clicked "Add Selected Favorites to Tracker".

I then went back to START, and I see that the task has a green checkmark, it has been completed.
