You can track your food in the app, but unfortunately, it doesn't have the glucose tracker or notes. However, you can use your phone/device's browser to log into the website and request the desktop site through your browser's settings so you can enter those in real time too. In Chrome browser's on mobile devices, once you go to a website, you can three dots in the upper right corner, then that will open up a menu of options and you can check the box for Desktop site so it will load the full site. You can then zoom in and out as needed.

Hope that helps!

I'm using spark*d to track blood glucose test numbers, fasting and around meals. I would like to be able to record numbers and food in real time instead of having to wait until I get home and have to back fill the numbers. I also really like the daily note feature on the website. I'm an "emotional eater" and being able to sort some of that in real time is useful for learning my habits and making different choices when I can.

Thank you for the quick response. I appreciate that very much

What data are you trying to see? The app doesn't have all the features of the website, so not everything is available in the app. If you can tell me what you are trying to access, I can tell you if that is in the app or not.

I'm not using the meal plans and I can't access my data from the mobile app. Frustrating. Please fix.

What info is it that you are expecting to see? If you're using the meal plans, that should be showing on there in both places.

I have my online account set up for the Diabetes program, but my phone app isn't showing the Spark*D info. How do I get it to do this?
