Plan today 170 min. on ellipticalemoticon , ST using 15 lb weight, stability ball, resistance bands for 60 min emoticon and 10 min stretching emoticon!!!!

Yes. Spent time on the elliptical. Didn't get to do anything else b/c I had a meeting, but at least I was able to get in my cardio.
