I managed to dare myself to do a hell of a lot. I will list them below:
morning: 15 reps push ups 15 reps sit ups 15 reps crunches 15 reps bicep curls 15 reps tricep dips 15 reps bench press then I had a walk to work from the bus station.
After work at 1pm: same things but with 15 reps squats
5pm: same workout but did 20 reps of sit ups and 20 reps of bench press using X2 5KG
6PM: same as what I did at 5pm but with bicycle crunches of 15 reps
8PM: Pull ups; reps 15
I know it seems a lot but I have done these before and it has never given me any trouble.

Exercising at home today with cleaning, packing boxes and moving boxes around the house as we prepare to move in less than 3 weeks!!
