I started back walking today and in a big way! I walked for 125 minutes and 15130 steps. This was about 7.9 miles according to my cell phone pedometer. I doubt that I'll be walking 2 hours everytime, but it felt good today!
I'm just not giving up on me. I will never stop trying to be healthy, no matter my failures and shortcomings.
