Yes. Today, I did 65 minutes on the elliptical (6.11 miles / 7190 strides) on incline level 11 and resistance level 11.

Yes, i start the gym today, i did 60 mins cardio and 75 sit ups..

I started back walking today and in a big way! I walked for 125 minutes and 15130 steps. This was about 7.9 miles according to my cell phone pedometer. I doubt that I'll be walking 2 hours everytime, but it felt good today!

I'm just not giving up on me. I will never stop trying to be healthy, no matter my failures and shortcomings.
