What a nice idea for a filling and nutritious breakfast. With my rigorous stretching regimen, I'll need a diet that can compensate the calories that I've burnt.

Have at it. It cures some people's cravings, and motivates others to work their butts off. :)

If I were to add anything else I'd have to start eating whale blubba covered in chocolate, and as it turns out very soon I will have to start doing that anyway. Lol

On a serious note, I like to cycle for half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening. How much difference would it make in your opinion as compred to jogging?

Stationary biking as well as biking outside burns more calories than running. That is something I used to do, and may do it in the future. I run everyday, and walk as well as do push-ups. If I were to add anything else I'd have to start eating whale blubba covered in chocolate, and as it turns out very soon I will have to start doing that anyway. Lol

It is, when you have a long day ahead of staring at a computer screen for 8 hours. Streching is what keeps me fit for a job that is taxing for my muscles (ciliary) :p
