On a serious note, I like to cycle for half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening. How much difference would it make in your opinion as compred to jogging?
Stationary biking as well as biking outside burns more calories than running. That is something I used to do, and may do it in the future. I run everyday, and walk as well as do push-ups. If I were to add anything else I'd have to start eating whale blubba covered in chocolate, and as it turns out very soon I will have to start doing that anyway. Lol
Attach a big dream to a small beginning, and it won't be small for too long.
