Hi- Looking for someone who doesn't have 100's of posts on this thread. I'm still a newbie and finding my way. Sort of a skeptic and not the most patient person when looking for results. Those two qualities are a potential game spoiler and I see the need to get past doubt and anxiety that create an isolating "safe" sense. I like the idea of "earning your grub".... makes you sound no nonsense.

Morning and evening when I have work which is Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
On the other days, it is mainly at 3PM then at 6PM and again at around 10 before bed.
I tend to keep the weekends as my stretch off time, I guess you could call it yoga in your eyes but I prefer not to see it that way.

I'm an evening runner, but that's because I just have 0 motivation to work out in the mornings. Honestly, my schedule would be a lot better if I woke up a little earlier and exercised. It's just so difficult trying to wake up earlier than I am now.
