I lift early morning 4am. It's the only time that fits in my schedule.

When and if I run it's usually late afternoon / early evening before dinner.

I walk on my breaks at work & once I get home I walk at the park or complete an exercise regimen.

I get up early (4:45) and get in a half hour or so workout. When I get to work, I talk a 15 to 30 minute walk and I get another walk in at lunchtime.
