I had ankle surgery a few weeks ago and am in a walking boot. I have been doing seated exercises that I found on Spark

I would check with your doctor. If he/she said to keep it elevated as much as possible, then that's what you need to do. You should also get clarification on how long you need to do that and when you can start incorporating exercise again. ANy suggestions we make may cause further harm.

I fell and did a good job in hurting myself. Both of my ankles are swollen and one is in a splint. I was told by the doctor to keep my feet elevated as much as possible. Thankfully nothing is broken and no sign of blood clots. Any ideas for exercise that don't require walking or a lot of time standing?

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me
