If it's hard you should reduce some reps and try adding more after some time. It will take some time after that you will be able to do it without any problem. emoticon

Start slow. If it’s too hard , don’t try to keep up and it is okay not to be able do all repetitions. Do what you can. You will be able to increase in time. emoticon emoticon

@COOKERSAW I am glad you found it. Since you are having a lot of pain, one question I have is whether or not you have been cleared to exercise by your doctor?

i found it but i cant do it all but i keep trying having a hard time and lot of pain

i am so upset this morning i found a easy basic exercise all you needed was a chair and a mat if you were on hard floor she was in a small room with wooden floor ans a glass door that looked out side and a tree if you know this workout please send to me very frustrating i found it ty all
