I got in an energetic walk early this morning.
Shortly, I plan to spin watching the men's golf tournament on TV.

I woke up this morning with a pounding head and sinus issues It is now 4:16pm and I haven't worked out of even got out of bed to eat anything. My throat is also sore. I been drinking water I need to force myself to get up eat and workout at least for a 30min workout
