I am not sure what I should do today. Yesterday I walked and the day before that I did a very intense 2 hour hike up a mountain. My legs are pretty sore still and tomorrow I am doing a 100 KM bike ride (which I do often) Should I avoid a big workout today in hopes that my legs feel better for tomorrow? Maybe just stick to an hour long walk today and some yoga?

I have to work my day job and then go right to my night job today so I plan to park far, take the long way, lift every box I can get my hands on and maybe if I am not too tires even hit the gym late on my way home tonight.
