3 20-minute walks with dog (before breakfast, after lunch, after dinner) and about 15-20 minutes of yoga/stretching.

The first walk wakes me up, the second two reboot my mental & physical energy, and the yoga helps me to relax in the evening.

The dog is VERY demanding about walks 1 & 3, best exercise buddy I could find. Sometimes in the afternoon, she just wants to nap and I am on my own for that one.
