Today I had cherry 2% Fage Greek yogurt with 2 T. Crunchy Flax cereal mixed in, 1/4 apple (leftover from lunch yesterday) and a brewed chai with 2 t. sugar.

I had 2 scrambled eggs with 1/3 c. frozen spinach, with sides of brown rice, a handful of grape tomatoes, and a piece of avocado. Drinking, as usual, brewed chai with 2 tsp. of sugar. Delicious!
