not much into breakfast food... ground turkey, tomatoes, quinoa, broccoli, topped with some parmesan. i guess i could add some egg and call it a quiche! :D also having a glass of cold tea mixed with homemade lemonade.

Extra lean ground turkey with tomatoes, onion, garlic, spinach on top of egg and half a grapefruit. The turkey mix was left over from stuffed peppers so I just added some egg and its really good!

I haven't skipped breakfast once for the past 21 days and I feel SO GOOD.

Normally, I'll have eggs because I get my workouts mid-morning, but today I wanted to change it up a little bit.

I had Fage 0 Greek Yogurt topped with a banana, sliced strawberries, sliced almonds and some hemp hearts.
