I thoroughly enjoyed a breakfast of a couple of cups of water, a few cups of freshly ground / brewed dark roast, and a chocolate beet and cranberry baked custard, sweetened with sweet potato, and loaded with almonds, walnuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, and flaxseed meal topped with some homemade plain yogurt.

It varies. Today, one soft boiled egg, two leftover rice-stuffed grape leaves, and about 3.5 ounces of a bleu cheese dip (not findable for the nutrition tracker, alas).

My system always requires some protein for breakfast.


Working on healthy: Nutritious, sustainable, day to day, low carb-ish living. AND getting out and about and exercising... Yep, better do that!
