Kashi GOLean Cereal mixed with All Bran Buds, fresh raspberries (or another berry if they are looking good at the supermarket if not I will forgo) with skim milk

and a banana (if we have them)

I usually have a coffee (my cup is more like 2 cups) with 5% cream

Wow, it amazes me that people actually make time to eat breakfast. I have never been a breakfast eater, and I'm frankly too lazy to get out of bed or put forward any effort into eating before work. My first meal of the day is lunch, then "second lunch" lol, dinner, and snack. It would be interesting to see compelling evidence that breakfast is any more "important" than the other meals of the day.
