I had an egg sandwich with baby spinach, turkey bacon and avocado, a banana, and tea with milk and sugar.

Yes, i ate 1 packet of Quaker oatmeal (prepared with water) & with 3 Tbs. of Planter's brand "Digestive Health Mix" nuts added into it. I also had my daily dose of 1 & a half cups of regular coffee with 4 Tbs. of Hazelnut creamer. Yum! emoticon

Yeah Man!!! I am hooked on Fruit n Yogurt Parfaits from McDonalds! I got my first one in 3 years yesterday.... I had been doing no carb or very very low carb and then sabotaging myself by eating everything sweet sugary and carb ridden to gain the weight i lost and then some... week to week for 3 years I have been no/low carb to lose about 6 pounds a week to turn around and gain back 8 - 10...yo-yo'n like that has drove me nuts..so imma follow the calorie/nutrition stuff set up for me on here and go at it slow ans steady to keep this mess off this time.
