3 oz. Chicken breast (no skin), 3 oz. ham, 1/2 C of rice - heated in a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Water to wash it all down.

Technically I have 2 lunches today, as I'm doing 4-5 meals today...

The first:
A muscle milk light 100 calorie protein shake
Grapefruit

The second will be:
4 oz tuna w/1 1/2 tbsp light miracle whip
1/2 avocado

and a Salad w/raspberry vinaigrette

Breakfast and lunch were combined. Had a foot long veggie delite sub with vinegar and 4 triangles of pepper jack cheese with diet coke. yum :]
only 542 calories for breakfast and lunch combined :]

I was sad , Ive been eating Arnolds sandwich thins for a sandwich for lunch and went to the cabnet and they were gone, so I had to eat it on Bread.....I really like the sandwich thins so much better! Still had a Light Blongna,light miracle whip and tomato sandwich for lunch and a rice cake for dessert...lol

Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance!


2017 and I am back again... up and down the same 5 lbs, this time on the higher side of 200, depressing since I had stayed just under 200 for almost a year.
Slim is where I wanted to be in 201 & 2011! Never happened, plateaued for a long time and gave up... got off track, but never left, so am back on track again!!! Make 2012 my year! So far, did finally lose 25 lbs. over the summer, but have found about 11 of it so far, it didn't hide g

I had a spring mix salad with home made dressing, 1 cup of home made Mexican black bean soup (nixed the ham and sweet potato) and half an apple with 1 tbls peanut butter.

Dressing: 2 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1 small garlic clove minced, 1 tsp honey Dijon mustard & a dash of salt & pepper.
