i tried the new wendy's asian cashew chicken salad with extra chicken. it was a little spicy for me but still good. what i really liked was the customize feature on the wendy's website. you can add and subtract items on the salads and it adjusts the nutrition info in large type!

I had pizza! The first time in weeks. I had two slices instead of 4 like I would have previously had and it fit perfectly into my meal plan for the day. It's nice to have some variety since I stuck to my diet so well last week.
