I ate mushroom and black bean meatloaf (leftover from last night) with wasabi and Braggs aminos, and a mixed vegetable salad.

Tilapia (Keep-it-tight tilapia from cleaneating.com - also on spark), 1/4 cup cooked quinoa, 1/4 avocado, small salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber with olive oil/lemon juice homemade dressing. Two glasses of water

According to Spark, it was a 499 calorie dinner. I found it delicious and very filling.

Vegan salad. Steak frites. Molten chocolate cake dessert. Hot black coffee.
A celebration dinner in a restaurant... so two martinis.
Tomorrow, back to low-cal, low-fat.
I can 'afford' once a week.

Turkey burger. It was surprisingly good. I've had other brands and wasn't thrilled with the taste. This one was delicious!

Haven't had it yet but it's in the crock pot as I type: the recipe is called Mexican Supper in a Crock (LOL) from he Fix-It and Forget-It New Cookbook by Phyllis Good. It's got brown rice, chicken, black beans, red and green peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes and spices all mixed together. I'm excited to try it!
